As a Business Systems Data Analyst, I was responsible for generating 13 role-level employee reports on a monthly basis for C-level leadership, enabling them to effectively track the efficiency and production of each employee. I primarily utilized Power BI and Excel for this task, occasionally using Microsoft SQL Server to test data.
