I worked with David at Masonic Assistance, Masonic Outreach Services, and the Masonic Homes for eight years. So, I speak of David as an individual, a worker with workers, and as my Manager. As a Manager and Mentor: David followed the Walt Disney Leadership principles; he always had a vision for our department, and he developed so many processes. Because of this, I witnessed Davids climb up the ladder. He was and is a true resource, and when a staff member here at MOS or the Masonic Home needed help with a client, they knew they could rely on David to guide them to where they can find the answer. David is a good mentor, and because of David, the staff here at MOS felt empowered to offer the best care to our Aging Population, and for me, David always provided appropriate input and tools so I can improve my own process at work. As an Individual: David is selfless, he took pride in helping others to the best of his abilities so others can get the help they needed. With his vast experiences, David had demonstrated his ability to be a leader with his years of training and knowledge and when I listened to him do presentations at events, his genuine care to help others in need was evident and sincere. As a worker: David is responsible. He takes pride in his work and is committed to finishing the task. When he took on a project (or a client), he would mold the process to achieve the best result. At all times David managed his own time wisely to ensure that all projects were completed on time. Therefore, working for David as his adminstrative assistance/Office Manager, I hold him in high regard. He is capable, responsible, and finishes what he starts with a superior work ethic and a determination to get the job done. I know if he was given an opportunity, he is more than capable from what I have written, to help leave an impression on the department he chose or disire.
