I have known David for more than twenty-five years and had worked together on several projects prior to my joining Leo A Daly as Managing Principal of the DC Office (2009-2012). I always admired David’s work ethic and principles, and knew he was well respected by his staff at his firm in Philadelphia. David is a tireless worker and was always available, an important attribute given the quantity of International projects the office was involved with. Lastly, David was a great colleague and remains a close and trusted friend. He is a quick learner, dedicated mentor, very easy to work with, and has an even keeled personality.
