Dave is an exceptional leader. I've had many managers in my 20 plus years of work and Dave stands out as one of the best. Dave embodies all qualitative of a good leader, too many to list! He leads by example, is a motivating coach by empowering and improving each representative by focusing on individual strengths and respectfully and in positive ways suggested ways to improve areas. Dave welcomed new ideas and allowed us the freedom to try ideas and then measure ROI. Also, he recognized and helped advance our careers. While also having the hard task of being transparent and honest, we respected and appreciated his 'real world' advice as it only helped. Not an easy feat! This was in part due to creative problem solving, analyzing data in multiple ways to create a holistic market and territory views and teaching us different methods of analysis. My favorite memory was when he was awarded in the company as a Top manager and everyone stood up cheering relentlessly, making him blush, evidence of his humbleness.
