I worked together with David at Fewo-direkt (part of the HomeAway family) in Frankfurt, Germany. He supported myself and the sales team by providing important information, detailed insights and potential analysis of the portfolios of our major customers. One of David’s strengths is his ability to filter, process and present an transparent pile of data so that I, as a salesman, immediately recognize which products can be sold to which customers. He provided an invaluable tool to our customers as well with his attention to detail. Our customers were continually satisfied with our products. David’s interpretation of the figures resulted in a large number of up-sell and cross-sell actions. These recommendations were entered into general marketing campaigns as well as in individual offers. Even at the end of the quarter, when the pressure and labor were high, one could rely on David. He presented us exactly the numbers and interpretations that enabled us to better advise our customers. This not only helped us to satisfy our customers even better, but also to reach and exceed our sales targets. David served as a perfect interface between huge data stocks and sales opportunities. He was truly an enrichment and valuable support for the sales department.
