I worked with Dave for several months on a GxP Document Migration project for a global Document Management System (DMS) in use at multiple sites. Dave was the Project Lead on this project and in that role is both highly skilled at the application of the project management tools and excellent communicator. Dave’s technical knowledge of the DMS was critical in developing the system requirements. He provided technical feedback and direction from both the local view and global perspective. Dave and I worked together closely on the data transformations required for the migration process. We jointly reviewed and updated ASJP logic used as a tool to present a simplified holistic view of the migration process for non-technical team members. This tool facilitated the drafting of the Data Migration Plan, a critical GXP document, to ensure security and data integrity requirements were met on migrated GXP records. In addition, Dave and I closely collaborated on constructing a data verification approach that applied ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 and ISO 2859-1 international standards. In my view, Dave is highly skilled professional who can effectively and openly consult on the pros and cons of an implemented (eDMS) solution and provide clients with working possibilities. I highly recommend Dave for such type of projects.

I have had the pleasure of working closely with Dave twice over the years: first when he was a contractor hired to develop a new enterprise-level transaction processing system for Wolper Information Services, and more recently as co-workers at LM Information Delivery. (LM acquired Wolper in late 2012) Dave and I worked hand in hand in a near-full time engagement for about three years while designing, developing, and implementing the new system for Wolper, many years back and then again more recently. Dave is easy to work with, smart and articulate. He truly takes time to listen and communicates well with both internal and external customers. He is thorough in his analysis and he consistently built solutions to meet business needs on time. He would be a great addition to any organization.
