When I think about Dave, the first thing that comes to mind is that he's an incredibly hard worker, putting in a full day's work and then going home to log back in and perform changes that evening. There have been so many days where I come in to work in the morning and see a late night e-mail to the team regarding the previous night's activities. He finds solutions to problems efficiently and thinks critically about what the correct solution to the problem is, not just the quickest solution. Dave would be a great addition to any IT department as he is a very large part of our organization's success.
