While preparing a presentation for some CVB leaders, I was researching and came upon a presentation that David had led at DMAI. His insightful knowledge with regard to the usage of social media was really fascinating and I wanted to learn more. I reached out to David through Twitter and LinkedIn and was so pleasantly surprised at his fast response and his offer to speak with me via phone about my questions.
