      Recruited, developed and motivated the North American sales and customer support teams to drive RF-EAS label sales to Consumer Product Goods (CPG) manufacturers, packagers and Value Added Resellers (VARS). From a Marketing concept, we succeeded in building a $16 million business unit with its own P&L responsibilities in just 5 years. By partnering with the Retail sales team, we strengthened the tagging programs at leading retailers in the US and Canada by expanding their use of Checkpoint’s RF-EAS labels. Mentored colleagues in Europe, Australia and South America in developing their own tagging programs that expanded business at the client level. Negotiated partnership agreements with third party providers to develop new tagging solutions for packaged meat and pharmaceutical/vitamin products. These partnerships boosted annual sales by an additional $1 million dollars. Coordinated with the Research & Development team to develop new label solutions that increased application speeds and addressed specialty applications. Named as a contributor on two (2) patents for new tag solutions for foil packaging, which created an additional $2 million dollars in annual sales for a new product category.
