I lead operations, finance and accounting, deal accounting, IT, HR, CRM, KYC/AML and compliance. I recently implemented PipeDrive CRM for our team, providing training and documentation to support our sales process and pipeline of hundreds of prospects and ~20,000 contact records. With our executing broker dealer, Wilmington Capital, we structure and execute private placements of debt and equity financing; and guide our client companies to exits via acquisition by strategic investors or IPO. Our clients range from seed / startups, through clinical stage companies with multiple funding rounds. Allele advises, raises capital for, and invests directly in private and public biotech and med tech companies, providing $5-50 million of proprietary and syndicated capital. We are a trusted partner to accelerate development and de-risk; provide VC and PE financing, and identify strategic partners.
