For this effort, I set aside my active coaching role and assumed accountability for successful program delivery of a globe-spanning critical CRM replacement from Oracle to Salesforce. Continuing a career trend towards program rescue of system replacement efforts, I aligned the effort to more successful patterns and enabled the existing team to work better without disruption. To be clear, it was my goal to allow all contributors to work to their full potential, and it was their collective efforts which led to success.Using the new mindset, adaptive metrics, and workstream patterns, the SwooshDesk program went on to deliver four extremely successful single night cutover releases, each involving thousands of active customer service representatives. Each release successfully completed on-time, and with minimal disruption based on a carefully chosen launch date determined by the workstream teams themselves.I am extraordinarily proud of the many, many individuals who were the actual drivers of this success!

As the one of the main representatives for the R&D team, I travelled extensively to promote platform adoption across over 500 programmer and creative resources in many locations worldwide, including: London, Sydney, Melbourne, Tokyo, New York, SF, Minneapolis, Chicago.In the successful effort to bring IGT's realtime 3D platform to the forefront of the gaming market, I was granted Inventor status on more than 6 patents, including IGT's patent of the year.

My first professional position grew quickly with the emerging status of the Internet in the 90's. Initially developing and growing the IT and Internet Department within a local newspaper. I soon went on to handle the Internet efforts of the entire newspaper chain, which offered ISP, Hosting, and Design services.The result of my efforts were a full fledged, profitable ISP and Web Design division, which became well-known nationally for some time. We also hosted one of the first 50 live web cameras on the internet, listed directly with the famous Stanford coffee pot in Yahoo's "interesting devices connected to the web" category.
