Developed my ServiceNow knowledge with online training and research. Successfully executed two platform upgrades, identified gaps in the JML process that were later automated and secured funding to re-engineer the JML data feeds.[Mar 2017 to Nov 2018] Corporate Applications Architect.Introduced to a new set of Oracle technologies requiring integration strategies (SOACS, Oracle integration Cloud, HCM and ERP cloud). Became DevOps manager for a Microsoft Azure based application (infrastructure as code, PowerShell and release management). Documented application integrations within the Corp Apps realm. Created a temporary proxy and web service application that allowed the broking systems to gradually switch over to a new backend with no redevelopment required on the broking system.[Nov 2014 to Mar 2017] HR Systems Integration Architect.Worked closely with the development team of the centralised HR aggregation application to improve system integrations between existing HR applications, Active Directory and reference data mart. Designed and developed a data warehouse to create employee events and report on the tracking of an operation improvement programme. Integrated new joiner data flows into PeopleSoft from JobScience via rest calls and database staging. Worked with the development team as the technical project manager on a compressed timescale to ensure that on day 1 of the WTW merger the company phonebook system was operational.
