Principal Geoscientist and Exploration Manager 3D Oil LimitedAchievements• Successful farmout of the T/49-P acreage in the offshore Otway Basin to ConocoPhillips Australia. • Successful in acquiring new exploration permit VIC/P74 located in the prolific Gippsland Basin and key person in the farmout of this permit to Hibiscus Petroleum. • Key person in a successful over-subscribed capital raise for 3D Oil Limited in September of 2018.• Successful in renewing the VIC/P57 exploration permit on behalf of the Hibiscus Petroleum led Joint Venture for a further five year tenure involving a low-cost, but high impact work programme. • Successfully managed Environment Planning, including exhaustive and challenging stakeholder engagement for the T/49-P Marine Seismic Survey program which has been approved by the government regulator NOPSEMA. • Completed a comprehensive prospectivity analysis of the WA/527-P permit located adjacent to the Dorado oil discovery. Technical work included seismic interpretation, petroleum systems modelling, volumetrics and risking.

Responsibilities• Manage and conduct the Geology and Geophysics program on behalf of 3D Oil and its Joint Venture partner for the VIC/P57 acreage in the offshore Gippsland Basin.• Conduct risk analysis for all of 3D Oil’s exploration permits in offshore Tasmania, offshore Gippsland and the NW shelf. Achievements• Conducted a comprehensive prospectivity review on behalf of the Gippsland Basin Joint Venture for exploration permit VIC/P57. The results revealed that the permit had significant remaining potential value, leading to the decision to apply to renew the permit. In particular the work resulted in the detection of two new gas prospects, and the identification of a new gas fairway in the acreage, not recognized by previous technical reviews. • Generated critical insight regarding a highly prospective oil fairway and a series of accompanying oil targets within 3D Oil’s WA/527-P exploration permit, located along the NW shelf of Australia. The permit will provide 3D Oil with the opportunity to attract investors looking to invest in a new exploration frontier, poised to take advantage of a recovering oil price

Senior Geoscientist/ Modelling Specialist

• Was a key team-member during a multiple field development study in the southern Bolivian gas fields for the Bolivian state-owned oil company (YPFB). This involved leading the seismic, geological interpretation and geostatistical modelling for two major Bolivian gas fields. • Responsible for developing a series of training courses for the Bolivian state-owned oil company. These courses included Petroleum Geology, Seismic Interpretation and Basin Modelling/Geochemistry. • Planned, managed, resourced and delivered several million dollars’ worth of projects over several years. This involved conducting my own geo-technical work and coordinating other team members within the company and/or external contractors where needed. This also involved preparing contracts or service agreements, tailored for specific client requirements as well as accurately quoting for days of effort, human resources and software use. • Have won a series of projects and raised significant revenue for the company as a result of marketing and presenting the companies services at events such as conferences, prospective client meetings and presentations. This also involved preparing project proposals in order to target client needs.

Geoscientist

• Was responsible for conducting and delivering several large Petroleum Systems Modelling projects for clients operating in New Zealand’s Taranaki Basin, the northwest shelf of Australia, the Cooper Eromanga and Canning basins. • Provided the bulk of technical work for several Independent Resource Assessments and Competent Person’s reports for clients operating in the Papuan Fold-belt and Gulf of Papua. These involved critical review of geological data in order to objectively asses and quantify exploration risk as well as provide an indication of potential return in terms of recoverable oil and gas. • Provided seismic interpretation and structural modelling/restoration components of several large structural modelling projects for clients operating in the Baram Delta sequence (offshore Brunei) as well as Sabah and Sarawak (offshore Malaysia). • Was a key contributor, including petroleum systems modelling, to the construction and delivery of the Geosciences Australia Centralian Basins project in 2013. This project aimed to provide a review of the remaining hydrocarbon potential for the Officer, Amadeus, Ngalia, Warburton, Canning, Wolfe/Victoria, Wiso and Daly basins. It involved seismic interpretation, structural modelling, basin modelling/geochemistry and prospectivity/play risking • Was a key team member in the construction and delivery of the WA Geological Storage Atlas which provides a comprehensive review of the suitability for carbon storage within Western Australia’s onshore basins.
