  Analyzing the current operational requirement, M5 was organized and structured to meet the needs of the SEAL Community, with a clear understanding of the stresses exerted on the Force by the (GWOT). M5’s unique insight into the SEAL Community has shaped the company’s top priority to assist in programs and initiatives that increase the number of SEAL Officer Candidates. Developed a comprehensive SEAL Officer accession support program targeted toward high potential SEAL Officer candidates from all four accession sources; US Naval Academy, Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps, Officer Candidate School and Lateral Transfers. Facilitated a solution to increasing the overall success rate through BUDs training among all accession sources. • Developed and executed an awareness campaign to attract officer candidates enrolled at USNA, NROTC Universities and colleges throughout the nation and institutions where prospective OCS students may reside. • Coordinated all administrative and logistics support for the SEAL Officer Selection Board. • Automated the entire NSW Officer Selection process, allowing NSW to select the most qualified candidates. Analyzed NSW manpower requirements and ensured the allocated NSW Officer Program Authorizations allocated were met each fiscal year. Show less

  Atlantic Performance Training focused on three areas of human performance; Education, Injury Prevention and Peak Performance through multi muscle/joint movement. • Education- APT provided education on proper movement, nutrition choices, and recovery techniques, athletes and members are better prepared to improve their physical performance. At the same time, our athletes and members are decreasing their potential for injury and creating sustainable performance during their athletic careers and lives, allowing them to continue their training outside of the facility. APT believes it is important to share this learning with the training, therapy, and nutrition communities to help give other motivated professionals a more complete toolbox to use in their careers – and maximize career performance. • Injury Prevention-Training programs are created to improve performance by building strength and power, while also identifying and addressing areas of weakness and instability to help decrease the potential for injury. By training movements for sports and life, APT focuses on creating greater functional movement to support the physical demands that athletes face in their sport or that firefighters, police officers, and military personnel face in the line of duty. • Performance-APT’s daily group workout leverages the proven methodology and collegiate style facility of HPI to revolutionize your life and transform how you perform, look, and feel each day.
