Dave's ability to sit down with all five FCC Commissioners over a period of a few hours was an eye-opener until the following day when he was able to "open doors" to officials at the Department of Homeland Security where literally new doors were just being installed! He knows more about the industry and the ties among state and federal regulators than you expect --- always an amazing adventure!

It may not be obvious from the position description, but during college I learned a lot as a soda jerk about the importance of being focused on your customer. Plus I make a mean chocolate soda --with whipped cream and a cherry! I also learned how to count money from an old-fashioned register, since the 1890's Hook's Historic Drug Store didn't have electronic cash registers (and still doesn't!)
