      Overall Role To identify a lucrative group of available ‘listeners’ that may be interested in our advertising clients (current and prospective) goods and services. Once identified, we research a strong sample of the group and discover what they prefer to hear on their favourite radio station(s). From here we create the ‘radio format strategy’ based on their appeal. announcers, features, music selection, information etc… I then lead the teams in their individual capacities toward the common single format strategy, ensuring through training and critiquing that all their contributions are headed for the one common goal – strong radio ratings for revenue. Research Base I am well experienced in preparing and interpreting various forms of qualitative and quantitative research techniques, including electronic auditorium audience testing, focus group discussions, and on line product testing. I have work closely with Nielsen Media Research in Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Commercial Radio Malaysia (CRM) members to ensure accurate radio ratings reporting twice yearly. I have also conducted 6 years of research projects with local Malaysia companies ‘Research International’ (now TNS) and worked with ‘Media Edge’ and Australia's distinguished Extra Research. Marketing Base I oversaw and approved all marketing plans with the marketing manager, ensuring our key messages is clear, concise and will drive product sampling, using appropriate multi platform approaches. Promotional Base I oversee and approve all on ground promotional activity with the promotions manager, again, ensuring that location, visibility, and clarity of promotional message are strong.
