Dave has over 35-years experience in the Communications Industry specific to construction, management, and design of inside/outside plant and networking infrastructure. Starting at General Telephone in 1977 he began with I&R moved to the Span Crew and into CO Carrier. This opportunity gave him Analog / Digital, Special Circuit, TCO, Carrier and OSP experience. He received a California C-7 contractor’s license in 1992, and a Degree in Communications Engineering. During these years in communications contracting, David has held positions of Project Manager, General Manager, Operations Manager, National Director of Engineering and Limited Partner. His experience includes systems installation, systems design, project management, operations management, procurement, engineering and consultation.
