Working with Dave as part of the BSI committee teams on various Standards, I’ve found him to be a pragmatic member and Chairman - a good organiser of people. He has garnered a great deal of understanding in the Standards and process, which, with a wide ranging career background in the security industry, provides a level of input that is highly valued by others. On a personal level, he can communicate at any level, and is great company! He’s been of much needed assistance to me personally, guiding me through my entry into Standards work.

Dave is an extremely competent and professional engineer/manager. His depth of knowledge and grasp of our industry as well as the numerous standards, codes of practise & various guidelines is exceptional. Dave is a 'hands on manager" with substantial experience allowing him to make informed practical recommendations based on real life, rather than theory. Dave is a credit to the BSIA and to our industry as a whole.
