  I'm a general partner at Dempsey, Weiss & Associates, a multiline Insurance and Financial Services practice. DWA will celebrate our 30th year of business beginning August 2019. We focus on the insurance and financial needs of small to mid-sized business owners. I earned my Chartered Life Underwriter designation in 2002 and my Chartered Financial Consultant designation in 2005 from the American College. I'm honored to have won several industry awards as well as the Qualifying Court of the Table and Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). MDRT membership is reserved for the top 2% of life insurance and financial planners in the world. In addition, in 2017 I qualified for the exclusive Top of the Table membership. In 2003 I was inducted into the Farm Family Hall of Fame and in 2016 was inducted into the American National Hall of Fame, becoming only the 9th person in their 100 plus years of business to be recognized with this honor.
