  Joined this Brand new Company in 2008 at the very onset and set up and established the main Analytical and Micro Lab and sensory suite along with satellite Labs in Cider Production, packaging and the Cider Mill. Established ownership of Quality in Production through training of personnel in those areas to enable them to carry out their own Quality control checks.I was also part of the project team which transferred the production of Fortified Wine from a production site in Bristol to Ledbury.
