In July 2013 I Restructured the Management Team in that area to enable us to meet the current and future needs of the Business. We retained the BRC Grade " A " status for 5 continuous years since the start of the Company and attained Tesco " Blue status"During 2012/2013 I was also the Site Change Management co-ordinator. Joined this Brand new Company in 2008 at the very onset and set up and established the main Analytical and Micro Lab and sensory suite along with satellite Labs in Cider Production, packaging and the Cider Mill. Established ownership of Quality in Production through training of personnel in those areas to enable them to carry out their own Quality control checks.I was also part of the project team which transferred the production of Fortified Wine from a production site in Bristol to Ledbury. I was responsible for ensuring all of the Quality requirements were implemented at Ledbury including the Analytical and Micro testing of the wine. Show less
