The responsibilities at Faith "Viera" Lutheran cover a wide range, from primary over seeing all education and the boards of the church council. I teach multiple Bible classes a week as well as coordinating volunteers to teach. Working with each board to make sure the areas of ministry they over see are being taken care of and funded. Then I will also make home visits, shut-in visits, hospital visits, nursing home visits, jail visits, and see as many school sporting events and activities that are available. Along with the Sr. Pastor we help set vision and direction for the church in the coming years.

At Island Lutheran Church I over saw day to day ministry operations, from hospital visits to preschool chapel, locking and unlocking doors to making sure the Sunday bulletin was correct, writing and teaching Bible studies for all ages to working with all the various boards, as well as outreach, counseling, some preaching, and what ever else needed to be done that day.
