Re-negotiated union contracts in three departments and re-trained 165 associates to Sage culture and standards. Reorganized Sales Team creating in-house reservation department. Hampton Inn, Syracuse, NY Coordinated ground up million dollar renovation of this 115 room limited service hotel that included FF&E and total tear out/rehab of all bathrooms.
