  Responsible for developing the artistic programming and production for a sixteen-day summer arts Festival.• Research and selection of artists and program content, including liaison with artists and artists’ management.• Develops indoor and outdoor multidisciplinary performance programming utilizing local, regional, national, and international touring artists.• Identifies concepts for free and/or auxiliary events, including development of partnerships and assists with on-site production management during events.• Develops performance residencies, workshops and master classes for students.• Creates and maintains artistic fee and related expense spreadsheets during annual program development process.• Negotiates and edits all artist contracts and riders. • Ensures all artist contract language pertaining to advertising/promotion is adhered to. • Manages and maintain artistic database.• Coordinates artist contract preparation, processing and fulfillment.• Assists with the writing of grant applications• Coordinates all artist hotel, hospitality and transportation logistics for inclusion in the master production schedule.• Coordinates production personnel, volunteers, and artist hospitality. • Troubleshoots production, technical and facility needs during the Festival, as needed. • Researches and recommends alternative venue sites.• Assists with adding/editing website content as required throughout the season.

  Band Manager for D.C. based Togolese music group Dogo Du Togo. I advise the band on best practices in arts management including, Marketing, Branding, PR strategies, seeking and executing performance agreements, show advancements, and more.More about Dogo Du TogoTraditional Togolese rhythms form the base of rising Togolese artist Dogo’s remarkable music. A huge following in his home country of Togo, his popularity in the states grows day by day. His music is steeped in Togolese traditional rhythms with ritual melodies (voodoo melodies) and festive melodies (bobobo, Simpa), and are about immigration, social justice and personal experiences.Born in Lome, Togo, Dogo played in different bands in the Togolese capital before moving to the United States and founding the DC based Afropop/Afrofunk band Elikeh. Known for their high energy live performances and original material, Elikeh has released 3 albums and an EP that received rave reviews by The Washington Post and National Public Radio.
