As an 18+ year radio veteran, Dave has made one of the largest impacts in terms of my career growth. Under Dave's guidance, I transitioned into a role as Detroit Sports 105.1's lone reporter which provided me the opportunity to serve as a beat reporter for the Detroit Lions during the 2014 and 2015 seasons. I gained invaluable experience, networking opportunities, and confidence in this role and as a result, put forth some of the best work of my career in producing and conducting long-form one-on-one pieces with players and coaches that were used in our daily training camp shows and weekly Lions pregame shows. Dave also provided me an opportunity to create a multi-media (audio embedded) recap/blog platform in which I created news and game recap web content with the audio clips I sourced embedded into the spots where traditional quotes would come in a print article. These opportunities were visions that Dave had created for me based on his experience and background at previous stations and networks. Dave provided the same attention to detail and care in his work at Greater Media as he provided to all of the staff that worked under him. Radio is a business of communication and all too often, that communication gets lost on a local staff level. Dave never allowed that to happen, consistently investing in the talent that worked around him and creating a true team culture in the process. His value as a senior consultant and program director would be an asset to any organization that's in need of a breath of fresh air to their sports radio format!

I had the opportunity to learn from Dave for a speaking engagement to assist in developing my skills. Dave met with me to give me critical actionable items and coaching points on my presentation along with assisting me thru practice runs. We went thru various iterations and I was able to deliver a successful presentation with confidence. Since then I have been requested as a speaker at several more venues. I believe he has played an integral in helping develop my speaking skills. Thank you Dave
