Dave is the go-to guy for Helpdesk support at Airgas. Very knowledgeable, customer focused and able to prioritize many tasks as an IT Specialist. His willingness to learn new products in order to support Corp end users and upper managment is invaluable.

Large organizations depend on technology to service their customers most efficiently. When this technology needs configuration, repair or technical diagnosis, you need to rely on certain people to resolve these problems quickly, with minimal downtime. In my experience, Dave is a leader who is able to quickly assess and resolve technical problems. Dave's superior communication skills contribute to his success, in that he is able to clearly explain technical problems to a non-technical audience and walk them through solutions before they have a chance to experience any frustration. Dave is able to prioritize multiple requests and assignments in a decentralized environment so they are resolved quickly and most importantly, he is able to use his experience to provide advice on purchasing hardware or software to ensure that we maximize our ROI.
