Debt chasing by phone, email & letter to achieve agreed targets. The post has sole control of the credit control function, which entails interaction with all levels of the Company hierarchy. In my time in this post the debtor ratio has reduced from 81days to Low of 45 & bad debt write off has been reduced to less than 0.5 % of turnover Show less
