  Currently, I manage 11 sales professionals and other staff for the Ford dealership. This includes hiring, training, motivating, monitoring, and conduction sales meetings. The other task that is performed on a daily basis is, Dealer trades of vehicles, assisting all the ordering of New vehicles.When penciling the car deals, I appraise the trade vehicle, and place the appropriate dollar amount to the vehicle. I go out and present the figures and help the sales person on closing any, and all car deals. I also work close with the F&I department in assisting them with any help that they may need.
