      Developed, administrated and directed the implementation of the CT Retro Commissioning program for the Connecticut Energy Efficiency fund (CEEF) in Eversource (CL&P) territory for over 10 years. Noted as one of the best programs administrated in the US by the 3rd party evaluation team hired by the energy efficiency board to review programs and document the impact. During those 10 years, managed the retro commissioning of 19 buildings with three different commissioning teams on the UCONN Storrs campus savings the campus over $2M / year in operating costs.
