Dave has run various races all the way from 5k to Marathons/Ultras and runs on both road and trails. Dave is also a triathlete. He completed 2 iron distance races including the inaugural Ironman Chattanooga. Dave is also a Good Form Running instructor for Big Peach Running Co., where he teaches how to run more efficiently and reduce the chances of injury with proper running form.
