      This Pandemic has really tested our social behaviors, our working beliefs and our shopping culture.We now distance ourselves from others, work from home and more importantly have anything available for us to be delivered right to your doorstep, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.After 20 Years of Logistics Management and planning, to finally be the end part of that journey and delivering to the public has been a really rewarding role.Crunching numbers, setting up routes, managing workflow have become 2nd nature to me, however the biggest learning I have had in this Sector is driving a Mercedes Sprinter around the streets of Essex and meeting the Customer face to face. How numbers and post codes can create real life routing problems and how we can learn some much by seeing the Logistics Process through your Delivery Drivers eyes.I am so grateful for having that experience and why I keep doing this a day a week.
