I had the opportunity to work with Dave for over 3 years. During that time, Dave strived to learn all processes we had in place for our customers. I spent several sessions going through processes for our number one customer and although cumbersome, Dave was truly engaged in those processes and willing to help us look at ways that we could become more efficient. Dave is definitely a problem solver. He is able to look at a situation from a different angle and make suggestions that are often able to be implemented, ultimately solving an issue. Our service technicians are required to graduate from an extensive 5 year trade specific education program. All technicians have EPA certifications and are RMGA certified. In addition, MSS invests in factory specific training for its technicians.
