  My role here at Logan Industries is promoting and developing all business aspects of 480PLUS™, the world's longest stroke, heaviest lift, and smartest rod pumping surface unit. We are introducing ULTRA LONG to the Upstream market with 480 inches travel today and 600 inches easily doable with 480PLUS™. Then we add our suite of autonomous motion control for down hole pump sampling and testing then automatically adapting to elevate weight transfer position, hence increased pump liquid fillage.   I was co founder of RodMax Oil and Gas, Inc. in this position my team and I developed a full size rod pumping test stand to simulate 25 feet of polished rod travel with up to 40,000lbs variable controllable gravity as I like to call it. My role was leading the development of two granted patents for the energy management aspects of operating a rod pumping surface unit plus a unique construction technique of the apparatus. Our third granted patent covered autonomous well testing and the promotion of elevating weight transfer position down hole. There were two other patents developed and later abandoned including brown out electrical condition detections, and using hybrid vehicle prime mover energy and reclamation systems while lifting and lowering a rod string + fluid loads against gravity..
