Dave has stellar experience running the under-the-hood processes that make a business work. Not only does he have the skills to learn systems and processes quickly, he has the people skills to build relationships with the people who make the systems and processes happen within a huge global organization. When we were on the same training team, he made sure all my courses had the correct codes for the learning management system, all the copyrights were updated and current, and all the courses loaded in the correct ordering systems to support global product launches. If there were ever any issues, he brought them up to the team with plenty of time to get them addressed before our customers encountered problems. He is also dedicated to process improvement, going above and beyond merely keeping things running smoothly. He optimized processes effectively and efficiently, while continuing to branch out and learn new things. It was a pleasure working with him.
