Trained fully to support all Eastlink outages and cellular issues, management responsibility of technical teams, their dispatch hours, work and results. Along side my own list of priorities, such as troubleshooting whole-home and small to medium-sized business. Including, cabling, wifi and network security systems (whole-home and specialized business needs). Unfortunately, during my standard 90 day probation period, within the first 30 days, I was hospitalized for 3 days with a viral infection that coated my mouth with blisters, sores and tears in my lips. I worked until they told me to stop working because I could not even speak via video meetings. Therefore, missing three days of critical training, but upon returning, I was not given the chance to obtain any further training or testing . I was released without cause. Even my Release Form states: No Reason. Show less
