The Senior Test Analyst role includes all the duties of a test analyst. Additional duties and achievements as senior include:-- Utilization of experience and expertise to advise on ad-hoc projects and testing as required for internal and external development teams and the Application Support team.- Production of process documentation for testing and development in the Application Support team.- Contribute to the planning and coordination of regression testing. Production of draft process for the use of Rally in regression testing to bring it in line with how we manage other processes. Guide and advise the testing team and developers in terms of business operations and testing techniques and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Ensure that appropriate testing methodologies are used across widely varying areas of development.- Attend and participate in meetings with third party suppliers, end users and IB staff to ensure business needs are met and benefits are delivered to the organization.- I play a major role in the User Interface Steering Working Group, and have responsibility for the testing elements of IBIS styles.- Contribute to the maintenance of testing processes and methodology within the IB and for external vendors.- General testing duties. This includes the identification of requirements, test estimates, the review of design and technical documentation, the production of testing documentation and following the testing process to completion resulting in finished useable software that satisfies business requirements.
