The main aspect of my position is to manage all store facilities whether it is at a fabrication shop or actually out on site, this is predominantly Materials, but also includes Plant hire, Accommodation and Tool/Consumables. I get involved with purchasing if the project is not free issue. I currently use a company material management database system, but I have adapted in the past to use other client systems. I have good computing knowledge in Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. I have worked to Quality accreditations ISO 9001, BS 5750 , etc. and helped to implement in to the companies procedures. I am quite content to work on my own initiative or to work as a fully integrated team player. Show less
