I had the pleasure of working for Dave and with Dave (as a partner) for over 10 years. Dave has a passion for the training and education of employees, federal workers and soldiers. His expertise is well documented, but he is willing to take some chances and often times they pay off for the companies he works with. I have the pleasure of still working with Dave on the Federal Government Distance Learning Association (FGDLA) Board and look forward to working more mission critical projects with him in the future. He is able to handle a wide spectrum of executive duties with aplomb, including P&L, business development, resource management, and strategic planning. Dave is also highly knowledgeable about developing and implementing virtually all types of talent development strategies. But perhaps the things I admire Dave most for are his skills in coordinating multiple work teams, engaging people at all levels, reducing risks inherent in any fast paced-environment, and addressing any issues quickly and effectively.
