  I have the pleasure to train our Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, General Superintendents, & Field Managers on all the ( Plumbing & HVAC ) company processes, for each of their positions, here at MAAMECH INC. This is achieved thru face to face group training sessions, which include Power Point presentations w/ question and answer periods, as well as quizzes pertaining to each session, and also one on one sessions with each individual. I also perform training for our employees at our Texas & Florida offices, thru the ( Go To Meeting ) process.This has become a very vital part of our future endeavors, so we can continue to be a very successful company, here at MAAMECH Inc. I experience great pleasure being able to provide this service to our employees and I am very honored that I was given the opportunity to do so !!
