Dave is a hands on manager who is very personable and well liked by everyone we worked with. Dave is not only detail oriented but he is also a task master and gets things done the right way. Dave was a major part of my early career development. He mentored me while I was in college trying to figure out what I wanted to do. Dave always gave me new interesting challenges which gave me many skills I took away and use today. One of Dave's best characteristics is that he is always trying to help others succeed. He sees value in people and he is a motivating person to work for. Thank you Dave for all your support in my career and being a great manager to work for.

I have know Dave Clausen for years and have watched him serve in so many capacities. He volunteers for tasks with the idea of "it's not about me" kind of attitude. He and his wife adopted 4 children and have built a strong family environment to offer those children the best chance at life that anyone could have. I have worked with him in a church setting, adoption setting and in a music setting and he has always struck me as a hard worker who is very helpful. For anyone to have him work/represent for them would be huge asset and a decision that would reviewed later as a "key find" for as an affiliation with whatever company has the opportunity to affiliate with Dave. He comes with the highest recommendation from me. .....and it's not because I like him! I've seen his work!
