Of the managers I have had at AvalonBay, Dave was the first person to see my potentials and the work attitude that needed improvement. He developed a strategy for me to work on these attitude and be more positive in what I did. Upon evaluation, he praised me for the differences I have made so far but it was mostly because of his excellent management strategies. What I wouldn't recommend? Staying overtime with Dave...unless you don't mind his music choice which I don't mind. :-) Want a boss that will get you to the top? Ask him to hire you.

This letter is my personal recommendation for David Chelsea-Seifert. It has been my pleasure to work with David at Avalon Bay Communities for the past three years. During the time we worked together, I found him to be consistently pleasant, tackling his assignments with dedication and a smile. Besides being a joy to work with, David is a calm leader who is able to effectively solve problems, present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. He is also able to build productive and positive working relationships with his team members and vendors. I highly recommend David for any endeavor he chooses. He is a team player and a great asset to Avalon Bay Communities.
