I have had the pleasure of working with Dave in multiple capacities and industries through the years. When I began my professional career, Dave was the one that initially hired and trained me. I learned early on that Dave had a special gift in his ability to analyze business needs and identify/develop talent. That is why years later when I needed someone to join my team and help us tackle very aggressive goals, Dave was one of the first people I thought of. His ability to adapt and succeed is well documented, but his time with ECA is probably the greatest example. Dave came onboard as a Career Specialist and immediately had a positive impact on the campus and our results. About a year later, the company downsized and his position was eliminated. Dave had made such an impression on everyone that campus leadership did not want lose him, so they asked him to move over to our admissions department. Again, in very little time, Dave helped that department as well. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone looking for smart adaptable people who now how to lead.
