I met Dave in 1992 at a drug policy conference in the USA. Dave was, and remains, a wonderful character doing great work in a difficult area! I give him my highest recommendation for integrity, creativity and effectiveness in the work I have seen from him. In our business of health promotion among people injecting drugs Dave is an international leader and one of my heros!
