I currently play a key role in servicing school needs through constant and intensive process change management, implementation of PowerSchool student information system, and continually updating system features based on school needs. I am confident in designing school wide management systems with custom data fields, web screens, teacher reports, and staff access. I recently centralized midterm and final exam data for 125 students within PowerSchool database and made it simple for counselors to query student grades and print regulatory reports. I often attend and present to large groups of professionals at conferences. I facilitated Assistive Technology interactive and Faculty Assistive Technology in the Classroom workshops to over 50 teachers and officials at the Pennsylvania Branch of the International Dyslexia Association Conferences. I integrated PowerSchool, PowerSchool Learning, Finalsite CMS, Haiku LMS, Magnus Health System, and NWEA MAP testing system to create a comprehensive database for tracking and reporting. I increased users’ proficiency through training and by designing a resource site containing a system guide library.
