Krohne Marshall is group of Forbes Marshall Group of Companies. This was the project that was given to me by Expert to handle. While project was at the end, our development stuck on pushing Solid Edge 3D sub-assemblies data in to Oracle Apps. Our team was not able to get break-through and that's time, one of the team member suggested that let us call Mr. Datta. He is expert. Mr. Datta, one of the team member in Pune and another team member sitting in Aurangabad, we all sat in Krohne Marshall for 2 days continuously. In that 2 days, Mr. Datta and one of the team member, wrote more than 2000 line programs on the fly and finally at 2 AM in the morning? We got the success of pushing Solid Edge 3D sub assembly data in to Oracle Apps ERP. In this process, i found Mr. Datta was very focused. He was passionate. He was dedicated. Over & above, he had sound knowledge of Oracle Apps. He had very logical approach on how to fix the bug. Across 2 days, he was calm & quite. This attitude of Mr. Datta connected me with instantly. Once again, Mr. Datta and myself got connected, when Kirloskar Pneumatic wanted our help on implementing some of the engineering work flows in to Oracle Apps. Over there also, i found same passion, same attitude, same focused working approach of Mr. Datta. In due course of time, Mr. Datta & myself became very good friends. He is very family oriented person. He cares a lot. i wish him all the best."
