I enrolled in the PROTÉGÉ Program at Fatimah Bersatu Sdn. Bhd., which is an electrical construction company. Involved in Sarawak Rural Electrification Project as a contractor to Sarawak Energy (RES) Sdn. Bhd. What did I do? • Liaised with the client, consultant, suppliers, and project team members to ensure smooth communication between all three parties. • Controlled project plan by reviewing design, specifications, bill of quantities, variation order and recommending actions. • Prepared monthly progress reports and present them to clients and consultants at monthly project meetings. • Redesigned 11kV power distribution system for three rural clusters under a project with assistance from Project Competent Person and Site Supervisor. • Managed documentation on design drawings, monthly progress reports, bill of quantities revisions, and payment claims. • Assisted Site Manager and Site Supervisor manage a team of 8 General Workers while keeping a record of progress and challenges on site. I also introduced a colour-coded pole data label system in Microsoft Excel, resulting in 30% faster documentation and 80% reduced data mismatch. Show less

I was appointed to become the team manager for SUKSAR II 2019 Petanque Team (Zon Utara). The team consists of 14 athletes and two coaches from three districts; Miri, Limbang, Bintulu. Worked closely with Persatuan Sukan Petanque Bahagian Miri (PSPBM) and Majlis Sukan Negeri Sarawak (MSNS) in team budgeting, sponsorships, and activity planning. Before the competition, I manage to organise a centralised team training where all the athletes and coaches stay together and train together for one week.
