Collaboration is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Dasha. I was fortunate to work with her for a year and a half, during which we strategized new offerings together while she ideated and blossomed the community engagement function. Specifically, Dasha's approach was critical for tactful, effective management of multiple internal stakeholders as well as juggling several external customer relationships. Above all, I was impressed with her ability to develop the Leadership Roundtable program - designing a short and long term road map, complementing the goals of product, growth, marketing, and operations, ultimately accelerating business opportunities for many.
