I would like to highly recommend Mr. Wright for a position of leadership in your organization. Currently, I am a colleague of Mr. Wright in the Doctorate in Educational Leadership program at Seattle University. I have found Mr. Wright to be engaging, thoughtful and detail oriented in all my interactions. We are currently part of a small research team and Mr. Wright has proven himself to be highly competent and focused on high quality performance outcomes. He has taken a lead on statistical analysis using SPSS. He is the consummate team player, and always works in supporting everyone on the team cross the finish line. Mr. Wright brings a fresh perspective to class discussions, and encourages reflection and solutions to some of the most pressing issues in education regarding social justice. We have a very talented cohort of leaders in this program and I have had an opportunity to get to know all of them very well over the last year. Mr. Wright stands out and is highly valued for his contributions. Mr. Wright has tremendous experience as a building administrator in K-12 education. Mr. Wright has served in the role of a Teacher, Dean of Students, Assistant Principal, and a Careers and Technology Director in different school settings. Any organization fortunate enough to work with Mr. Wright will find a loyal, competent champion for staff, students, and the community towards a mission and vision of social equity.

I had a pleasure of working with Daryl for a number of years in his role as Assistant Principal at Foster High School. Our organization provides wrap-around and support services for students. As Assistant Principal, Daryl helped our staff to work with students, recruited partners and made sure that issues were addressed in a timely manner. Daryl is a strong advocate for students. He supports holistic learning and community engagement because he knows that is what students need in order to be successful.
