      Project engineer responsible for fabrication and build of gas turbine components which included planning, timeline, design review, tooling requests, routings, ECN’s, NMR’s…etc. Maintained time line and smooth flow of the products on the shop floor. Responsible for product review and disposition for parts with issues from vendors and internally. Launched and controlled budget of products. Manufacturing Processes included laser, plasma coating, turning, milling, EDM, heat treat, stud welding, spot welding, auto weld, grinding, etching, marking, stamping, forming, and CMM inspection. Reviewed and analyzed parts with issues using knee block, gage blocks, ROTAB, height gages, calipers, MIC’s, dial indicators, gage pins, and CMM with some process parameters exceeding .0005 tolerance. As needed wrote processes to preform all of the above processing. Designed models and Produced Blue Prints for producing castings, forgings, stampings, machined and fabricated parts to be purchased from external sources. Materials worked with Inco 718, 625, Hastelloy, SS, Titanium, along with many other AMS aerospace materials.
