Daryl joined Unravel as it's first internal recruiting hire. As a fast-paced, hi-tech start-up, he wore multiple hats while charging forward with different priorities. As the company’s first Recruiting Leader, Daryl was successful in ramping very quickly, operationalizing the ATS, developing processes for recruiting/interviewing/offers and formalizing/rolling-out the company’s first employee referral program. Also, Daryl led our immigration process and assisted with onboarding activities and Ad hoc requests. In parallel, Daryl was responsible for managing all agency recruiting partners and their activity while full-cycle sourcing and recruiting for key leadership roles, Engineering & Field.
