  Being part of MetaLamp team as a Project Manager my main focuses were:✨Managing any complexity projects. In two years 22 projects were implemented. Some of them were staff augmentation projects, where I helped to build development processes in partner companies. Most of the projects were outsource development or development of complex turnkey projects.💡 Clarifying customer requirements, writing technical specifications, prototyping (Balsamiq, Figma), estimating projects, presenting estimates, negotiating and accompanying at the stage of signing the contract. 💥Holding One-on-One meetings for developers. Identifying blockers, working with motivation, resolving conflicts. 💫Hiring project managers: preparing vacancies, reviewing resumes, interviewing, onboarding, mentoring during probationary period. Participating in developers and QA hiring process.
